Jamaican fans will be happy to hear that Chelsea have signed young Reggae Boy Dujuan ”Whisper” Richards.
This news has been released by Fabrizio Romano, a reliable journalist who is known for reporting on transfer news. The striker is a product of Jamaica’s Phoenix All Stars Academy. The academy used their social media accounts to announce that the wonderkid has a pre-contract agreement with Chelsea.
Craig Butler, the player’s manager, has revealed that they chose Chelsea because it’s the team that offered the best terms. Chelsea is building a youthful team to dominate Europe in the near future and Richards believes that this will offer him an opportunity to grow as a player. Richards received offers from European clubs like Ajax, Newcastle, Genk and Chelsea. The academy released videos and images of the youngster signing his Chelsea contract.

Many people expected to see him in St James’ Park in the future but Chelsea have swooped in and grabbed him.
