He praised the Jamaican winger for delivering consistent performances. However, he insisted that Bailey needs to continue working hard in order to become the complete package.

However, he challenged the 26-year-old to improve his performances in away games. He also said that he is working on improving Bailey’s defensive work rate.

Emery has consistently downplayed Villa’s chances of finishing in the top four positions. Bailey said that he and his teammates need to remain sharp in this crucial part of the season. Aston Villa has a realistic chance of qualifying for the champions league because there are only 12 games to go in the league.
