Supreme Ventures Racing and Entertainment Limited has announced the return of the of the Mouttet Mile Invitational. The December 7th event will be sponsored by International Game Technology. IGT has been financing this prestigious race for three consecutive years.
This is the most awaited event of the Caymanas Park’s racing calendar.
This invitational has built a reputation for delivering thrilling contests over the years. SVREL is hoping to attract fans from across the world by organizing a world-class event. Local horse racing has grown a lot with the help of IGT and other corporate sponsors.
Christopher Wills said that they’re excited to work with IGT. Wills is the VP of operations at SVREL.
Christopher said that the values of IGT align with the Mouttet Mile. “Our prestigious race believes in excellence and innovation just like IGT,” said Christopher.
“Their financial support has shown us that they’re committed towards the goal of elevate horse racing in Jamaica. Caymanas Park will always be known for world-class entertainment. Let’s meet on December 7th,” he added.
The Mouttet Mile Invitational targets three-year-olds who compete in over 1,600m (a mile). This year’s purse is expected to be a game changer US$250,000.
SVREL and IGT are hoping to continue with their collaboration as the Mouttet Mile continues to grow. They are hoping to deliver an event that celebrates the tradition of horse racing.
