The 24-year-old has been hired by Peshawar Zalmi as a partial replacement for England fast bowler Gus Atkinson. This is an impressive achievement because Joseph only made his debut two weeks ago. He was one of the star players when the West Indies delivered a landmark Test win over Australia. He boasts of being the latest pace sensation in the Caribbean region.
The 2017 champions were forced to call up Joseph because Atkinson is already on England’s tour of India.

This development means that Joseph can only play in the last two rounds of the Cricket West Indies four-day championship. the rising star is relatively inexperienced having only played in seven first-class matches.
Joseph is expected to be accompanied by some West Indies staff members in Zalmi. Darren Sammy, the WI white-ball head coach, is expected to take over as the Zalmi head coach. The coach will be in charge in the forthcoming season. Rovman Powell, the Twenty20 captain, is also expected to feature.
Joseph built a name for himself when he delivered a five-wicket performance on his Adelaide Test debut, although the WI lost by 10 wickets. He came in the two-Test tour of Australia as an uncapped player.
His best performance came on the penultimate day of the second Test. He took a sensational seven for 68 as his team charged to an eight-run win at the Gabba.
