Shericka Jackson Promotes Omega Watches During Paris Olympics Campaign

KINGSTON, Jamaica— Shericka Jackson is one of the athletes that is promoting Omega watches. The Paris Olympics organizers have included her in an advertising campaign for the watch company.
The tournament organizers have presented the Omega watches as their ‘Official Timekeeper.’
Omega employs optical illusions to make the potential Olympic gold medalists appear to blend into their environment while participating in their specialized events.
The advert shows athletes from disciplines showcasing their skills in the streets of Paris. For instance, a discus thrower is seen throwing his discus while standing on an Omega watch. Another athlete is seen doing a high jump over one of the tallest bridge in the city of Paris. The Jamaican sprint star was seen running on a giant park bench while wearing her Omega watch.
Omega praised Jackson for being the fastest 200m female runner. They also praised her for her performance in the advertisement. They were speaking via a social media post on X.
Earlier this month, Jackson won the BAUHAUS-Galan Diamond League meet after running within 22.69 seconds; the best time of her season. This event was hosted in the Olympic Stadium in Stockholm, Sweden.
This was an improvement on an earlier performance in which she had finished in the fifth place.
Jackson arrives in Paris as the favorite to win the 200m women’s race.
According to sources, this will be one of Jackson’s most lucrative endorsement deals. Currently, she serves as one the brand ambassadors of sporting apparel brand Puma. She also works with Scotiabank, multinational company that offers banking services. Scotiabank is based in Canada.
