Windies Coach Recalls Holder and Seales

The Windies have have called up promising fast bowler Jayden Seales and veteran all-rounder Jason Holder. The two players will be competing as part of their Test squad. The Windies will be competing in a series of three matches. This contest will begin on June 10 at Lord’s.
Seales is returning from an injury that forced him to missed his team’s last match against Australia in the last test series. On the other hand, Holder is returning after after taking a break from the last tour.
One of the other notable names is Mikyle Louis; the opening batsman for Leeward Islands. This is the first time that the 23-year-old has been included in the international squad.
On the other hand, Jamaica will be represented by Kirk McKenzie who plays as a batsman.
However, the squad does not include batsmen Justin Greaves and Tagenarine Chanderpaul. This is despite the fact that they were involved against Australia in December.
The 15-man squad will be led by captain Kraigg Brathwaite. He will be assisted by vice-captain Alzarri Joseph who plays as a fast bowler.
The squad also includes Kevin Sinclair, Shamr Joseph, Joshua Da Silva, Gudakesh Motie, Alick Athanaze, Kemar Roach, Tevin Imlach, Zacahary McCaskie and Kavem Hodge.
In March 2022, the West Indies won the home test series to become the current holders of the Richards Botham title.
The second Test match is scheduled to begin on July 18 at Trent Bridge, with the final Test kicking off at Edgbaston on July 26.
The Caribbean team is set to begin their training camp on June 23. This will be followed by a four-day warm-up match on July 4. These activities will in Beckingham, England.
